After-Hours & Weekend Repair Instructions
We understand that unexpected tire or windshield issues don’t always happen during business hours. To help us process your claim quickly and efficiently, please follow the steps below when arranging for a repair or replacement outside of our regular office hours.
Tire Repair or Replacement
- Before replacing a tire, take clear photos of:
- The tire tread
- Any visible sidewall damage
- Keep your paid receipt for all repairs or replacements.
- Please do not exceed $200.00 (including parts, labour, and taxes) without prior authorization from our office.
- Any amount above this threshold requires pre-approval.
- Failure to follow these requirements may result in denied reimbursement.
Windshield Repairs
- Windshield chip repairs may be completed at your nearest glass repair facility.
- Reimbursement for chip repairs is limited to a maximum of $150.00.
Windshield Replacements
- Prior authorization is always required before any windshield replacement.
- Windshield replacement claims cannot be processed after hours or while our office is closed.
- However, you may submit an online replacement request at any time.
- Once our office reopens, we will review your submission and provide the required authorization.
