What is the repair turnaround time?

It depends on the repair request. We can repair most damages same day, however, there are exceptions due to availability and bookings.

Are you affiliated with the dealership?

We are affiliated with the dealership; however, we are a third party.

Where can I get repairs done?

Depends on where you’re located. We will work with you personally to find the most convenient and high-quality repair shop near you.

Do I need to contact you every time I need a repair?

Yes, please contact us for approval every time you need a repair.

Can the dealership call on my behalf?

Yes, we will work with the dealership directly if you prefer.

Can I renew/purchase your programs through SmartProgram?

No. Our programs are sold exclusively through auto dealerships.

Can a relative call on my behalf?

Due to the privacy laws of Canada, only the contract holders can call for repairs. However, if you wish to authorize a relative or friend, we require your written authorization to do so.

Is this insurance & does it affect my premium?

No, it will not affect your premium.

Is there a deductible?

No.

Where do I find my Smart Reference Number?

On the first page of your agreement. We can also help you find it through other information including your VIN, phone number, name, etc.

How many times can I use the program?

It depends on the program you were provided with. Please contact us for further details.

Can we use the program in other provinces or the US?

Yes.
